Jilit Terms and Conditions for Philippine Players

By accessing, browsing, registering with, or using the jilit platform in any way — whether on a mobile device, browser, or any future application — you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and jilit.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must stop using jilit immediately and close any account you may have opened. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.

These Terms apply to all jilit services, including but not limited to Slots, Poker, Tongits, Pusoy, Sabong, MMA Betting, sports Betting Odds, and any future features added to the platform. Specific game rules may also apply and will be displayed within each respective game or section of the jilit platform.

To be eligible to use jilit, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years old. Jilit strictly prohibits access by minors and will take immediate action to close any account found to belong to a person under 18.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise legally permitted under applicable law to access and use online gaming services.
• You must not be excluded from gaming platforms under any court order, self-exclusion scheme, or regulatory restriction currently in force.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a jilit employee where a conflict of interest arises.
• You must be acting as an individual player for personal entertainment only, not as an agent or on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active jilit account. Duplicate accounts, multiple registrations under different names, or the use of another person's identity to open an account are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

When registering with jilit, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and may expose you to legal consequences under Philippine law.

• Your jilit username and password are personal to you. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your jilit account, whether authorised by you or not.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your jilit account, contact support immediately. Jilit cannot be held liable for losses that occur before you report a security breach.
• Account transfers, sales, and assignments to third parties are not permitted.

Jilit reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any point during the account lifecycle. Verification is typically required before a withdrawal is processed. Documents that may be requested include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or UMID card) and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.

All transactions on jilit are denominated in Philippine pesos (PHP). Jilit supports the following payment methods for eligible accounts: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and Visa or Mastercard bank cards. Available methods, minimum and maximum limits, and processing times are displayed within the jilit cashier and may change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• Funds deposited into your jilit account must come from a payment source in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Jilit is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers.
• Deposits subject to a bonus will be governed additionally by the Bonus Terms in Section 5.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless otherwise agreed.
• Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.
• Jilit reserves the right to conduct anti-money-laundering checks on all withdrawal requests. This may delay processing in some cases.
• Withdrawal to a third-party account is not permitted under any circumstances.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes are displayed in the jilit cashier. Jilit targets processing eligible withdrawals within 15 minutes for GCash and Maya, but actual timing may vary depending on the payment provider.

Jilit offers bonuses and promotions from time to time to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time the offer is made, as well as the general bonus rules in this section. Where a conflict exists between specific offer terms and these general terms, the specific offer terms take precedence.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligible games: Not all jilit games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are shown within the promotion terms for each offer.
• One bonus at a time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, jilit players may only hold one active bonus at a time.
• Bonus abuse: Jilit monitors accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to pattern betting designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk. Jilit reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings derived from such activity.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date. Unused bonus funds and associated free plays will be removed from your jilit account after expiry without compensation.
• Promotional changes: Jilit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Existing active bonuses will generally not be affected by such changes, but jilit makes no guarantee in circumstances involving fraud, abuse, or technical error.

All jilit games are intended for entertainment purposes. Outcomes in casino games (including Slots, Poker, Tongits, Pusoy, and Sabong) involve an element of chance and are determined by certified random number generation or live game mechanics. Jilit cannot and does not guarantee any specific result or return for any player during any session.

Sports and MMA betting:

• All sports betting and MMA betting placed at jilit is subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Subsequent odds changes do not affect confirmed bets.
• Jilit reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets offered at clearly incorrect odds — and will refund the stake to your jilit account.
• Live in-play bets are subject to additional conditions and may be suspended at any time at jilit's discretion.
• Bets on events that are postponed will generally be refunded unless the event takes place within 72 hours of the original scheduled time, in which case the bet remains active.

Card games (Tongits, Pusoy, Poker):

• Individual game rules are displayed within each jilit game table. Players are responsible for reading and understanding table-specific rules before joining.
• Disconnection during a game session will be handled according to the disconnection policy displayed at the relevant table.
• Collusion between players is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jilit platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the jilit platform for money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or interfere with any part of the jilit platform or its underlying systems.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with jilit games in place of genuine manual play.
• Opening multiple accounts on jilit to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent account restrictions.
• Colluding with other jilit players in card games or any competitive game format.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from platform errors are not valid and will be voided.
• Using jilit for commercial purposes, including but not limited to operating a betting syndicate through a personal jilit account.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.

All content on the jilit platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, brand assets, text, logos, sound effects, and user interface elements — is the property of jilit or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jilit platform solely for your personal entertainment.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any jilit content without express written permission.
• The jilit brand name, logo, and associated marks may not be used in any context that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorisation from jilit.

Jilit processes your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. By using jilit, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Jilit Privacy Policy.

• Jilit collects only the personal data necessary to operate the platform, verify identities, process payments, and comply with legal obligations.
• Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by jilit. Contact support to exercise these rights.
• Jilit retains transaction and account data for the minimum period required by Philippine anti-money-laundering regulations.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jilit's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your jilit account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Jilit is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service interruptions outside of jilit's reasonable control.
• Jilit is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses arising from your use or inability to use the platform.
• Game outcome decisions made in accordance with displayed rules are final. Jilit is not liable for a player's disappointment with a lawful game result.
• Where jilit is at fault — for example, due to a platform error affecting a transaction — jilit will make reasonable efforts to restore the affected player's account to the correct position.

Jilit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. Grounds for account action include but are not limited to:

• Provision of false identity or payment information.
• Evidence of prohibited activity as described in Section 7.
• Unresolved identity verification failure after a reasonable period.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent or criminal activity involving the jilit account.
• Requirement to comply with a regulatory order, law enforcement request, or court order.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any verified balance at the time of suspension will generally be preserved subject to the outcome of the investigation. If a breach is confirmed, jilit reserves the right to forfeit the balance in circumstances involving fraud or criminal activity.

Players who wish to close their jilit account voluntarily may do so at any time through account settings or by contacting support. Any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following standard verification procedures.

Jilit reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jilit will notify active players by email or through a prominent notice on the platform. The effective date of the revised Terms will be updated accordingly.

Continued use of jilit after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the new agreement. If you do not agree with a revised version, you should stop using jilit and request account closure before the effective date where possible.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the jilit platform shall first be referred to jilit's customer support team for resolution. Jilit aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt mediation before escalating to formal legal proceedings. For disputes involving regulatory matters, the applicable supervisory authority may be engaged in accordance with jilit's licensing obligations.

• Complaints may be submitted in English or Filipino to the jilit support email address.
• Jilit will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
• Game round complaints must include the session ID and round reference number where available.
